ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS
1. Open to all legal business entities incorporated in Malaysia and overseas (i.e. Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, Private Limited and Public Limited).
2. The company/director is not involved in any legal proceedings, including criminal cases or commercial
litigation, and has no record of convictions.
3. Number of winners will be based on the performance of nomination entries. Where there are no
deserving companies in a category, there will be no winners.

Submission
A fully completed nomination form, bank-in slip, and required documents are to be emailed to
nomination@langawards.com, or call +6012-813 9168 for assistance. The nomination form can be downloaded from the website or by scanning the QR code.
- A company profile should include the management profile, principal activity, core strengths, accomplishments, future plans and etc (if any).
- A non-refundable processing fee of RM900 (for local enterprises) or RM1500 (for foreign enterprises) per application is payable upon submission.
